Hello My name is Monica, I am here today for a few differant reasons. The first reason is I have been having some health issues, where the doctors are concerned I may have cancer. They are not sure what kind other than it is with in my abdominal region, I was told I needed a colonoscopy to find out for sure what is going on with me considering I have been sick off and on for a few years and the doctors are finally worried about it. The biggest concern for everything is I am a mother of 6, and I am only 28 years old. I need money to cover the procedure to make sure that I am not being taken from my kids sooner than I have too with our finances things are tight enough just to pay our rent. The second thing is with the vehicle I have it does not fit us it is too small I am in need of some thing that sits at least 8 people, so I do not have to worry anymore about putting my childrens life in danger for not having enough seatbelts, or seats in that matter since it is required by law to have every passenger in their own seat, and belt. If anyone out there is reading please help my family to get the relief that is needed since I cannot get the help anywhere else, I understand times are tough for every one, but if I have the opportunity to help I WOULD. Thank you for taking the time out to read this statement of help.
